• Advance amount must be paid to book a date. Rest of the amount needs to be paid on or before the arrival of the car on event date. We have a prepaid system and entire amount needs to be paid before the journey starts.
• Any extra (km or hour) amount needs to pay before starting of return journey calculated according to forwarding journey.
• Time & Distance is calculated from Garage to Garage. If we calculate from your pick up point, we will tell you in advance.
• Per hour will be charged after the time period which has been calculated. Different cars have different per hour rates. Lowest is Rs. 500 per hour.
• Per km will be charged after the fixed distance as calculated. Different cars have different per hour rates. Lowest is Rs. 50 per kilometer.
• Toll tax, parking will be paid by the customer as per actual receipts.
• AC will be not allowed in Hill area.
• Customer is responsible for providing a cell phone number, Pickup and Drop location with Audirentdelhi. (any delay because of it, Audirentelhi will not be responsible for that)
• Any speed race or competition is prohibited.
• Towing, pushing, or propelling any trailer or any other vehicle is prohibited.
• If any mishappening/damage will happen with the car before it arrives then we will try to send some other car but if you don’t agree for that, we will refund the advance paid.
Driver reserve right to cancel the service in case of:
• Consumer asks to break traffic rules and law of land.
• The consumer consumes alcohol, smokes, uses abusive language in the car.
• Instruction from the consumer for overload/extra person.
• The driver will use a safe route to reach the destination and reserve right not to follow the customer’s instruction.
• Consumers are responsible for their belongings, ornaments, cash etc. and “Audirentdelhi” disclaims any loss however will do its best efforts to find them if gets any notice in time.
• “Audirentdelhi” does not hold any responsibility any losses incurred due to late arrival and/or departure of car/vehicle.
• You/consumer free to hire other services if our vehicle does not reach on or before the specified time.
