1. How can I book the car?

You may email, call or WhatsApp to enquire. Call is the quickest way to book a car (9999852595). We get your details like date, time, route and budget/car in mind. and suggest you a car accordingly.

2. When will I receive driver details?

We generally share the details on the previous night of the booking.

Payment

1. How payment needs to be done?

Payment needs to be done 50% in advance to book the slot and rest 50% needs to be done when car reaches your place.

2. What else is included in your car rental service?

Driver, Fuel and Car. Sometimes we also include basic decors depending upon the event and the customer requirements.

3. What if i exceed time or Kms?

We have different rates for different cars, if you're exceeding time or kilometers, you need to pay some security amount before exceeding the booked time/kilometer, so if there is any other booking post your booking - we can arrange another vehicle for that. If we don't have any availability, we'll not be able to exceed.

Car Details

1. Is car exactly similar to the catalogue provided?

Mostly they're same but there could be a slight difference. You can check at the time of the booking.

2. Are cars cleaned before the booking?

Mostly they're cleaned  but when the driver drives the car, it gets a lil grimy, but you can ask the driver to wipe the dust - If you see anything.

Refund Policy

1. What if I cancel the booking?

If you cancel the booking, advance amount is forfeited as we refuse the bookings post your booking. If you still inform us much in advance, we can try to take any other booking, if we get any other bookings for the same slot, we can refund the advance paid. 

2. What if you're unable to send the car?

Though, 99% of the bookings are completed successfully sometimes, car breaks down/meets with an accident/gets stuck because of previous booking or traffic, we try our best to arrange another vehicle. Sometimes similar vehicles aren't available, so in place of that we give you available options - If you still refuse, we can refund your amount.

3. What if car breaks down in the middle of booing?

We try our best to arrange another vehicle in the best possible time. If you still refuse  to continue - we can provide you refund according to the route covered, if you've covered half the route - we'll refund 50%
